The Client
With 20 years of experience in hairdressing and beauty products, named as a Great Place to Work For Women in 2022, Bleu Libellule (CSP Group) is on the rise! Its key feature? A very wide choice of products combined with informed advice.
The bet was successful, and today there is a wide network of shops, an e-shop and more than 15,000 product references used by hairdressers and beauty professionals.
The Challenge
Bleu Libellule continues to develop and must respond to new challenges. Laure Roche, Digital Learning Manager at CSP Group, which includes Bleu Libellule, is responsible for leading and coordinating digital training in-house: "We have a key priority: customer satisfaction. It involves continuous training for our employees so that they become experts in their professions. »
For all employees, innovative digital training has become an essential tool to boost and preserve Bleu Libellule's customer satisfaction. It is a demanding objective that requires meeting four challenges:
- rapid takeover of the position for new employees
- technical and detailed knowledge of the products in the catalogue
- employee autonomy in the management of their training
- and reducing the feeling of loneliness that can exist in shops
The Solution
Bleu Libellule asked Beedeez to set up an innovative, social and comprehensive training platform to meet the four objectives.
Decentralisation of knowledge
Laure Roche explains Bleu Libellule's desire: "We want to combine knowledge and exchanges of good practices with a simple strategy: pairing a training space with a community space." The company then relied on Beedeez to create its digital training and Social Learning project.
Laure speaks about it: "Today our platform allows us to exchange, we have regular videos from the CEOs Caroline and Jean Philippe Wincker, we announce the opening of new shops, the arrival of new employees and new training capsules, but above all: the exchange of tips and sales advice in a continuous feed. »
Each employee can post their advice or best practices for the benefit of all employees.
Gamification to create certification training
Since the launch of the new platform, Bleu Libellule has also offered challenges to its employees. Beedeez has brought its expertise in gamification (avatars, points system and quizzes of all kinds, true/false, flash cards, videos, PDF formats, etc.) and offers a wide variety of innovative formats with original and engaging angles.
Bleu Libellule relies on this knowledge to bring fun and a lot of enthusiasm to the teams, resulting in much more attractive and well-attended training.

The impact
With Beedeez, employees are now receiving continuous training and obtaining certifications delivered in the field (dragonfly pins) to signify their expertise at the service of customer satisfaction. They have taken charge of their training and share plenty of tips. They have grown in number from 1,000 to 1,400 in a few months! Laure sums it up like this: "The most important thing? That we maintain team spirit! »
The work on the back office is also greatly facilitated. The new platform makes it possible to engage the community through notifications via the app and by email, as well as via posts in the feed. Analysing statistics also enables us to put in place precise and engaging training strategies.
Laure adds: "In addition to tickets and FAQs, we regularly discuss matters with Adèle, our Customer Success Manager, who supports us in our various projects, such as the development of a new integration system for our employees. »
What's next ?
Bleu Libellule wishes to focus the development on interactive and fun formats so as never to leave the learner in a passive position. Alongside Beedeez, the company wants to develop new quizzes, reinvent levels and offer ever more engaging content.
